With 735-forged titanium incorporated into the face, the total weight of the face is reduced with a new weight distribution design, enabling an ideal lower center of gravity and a loft of 11.5 degrees (HT=High Trajectory), which makes the goal of high trajectory possible even for men golfers who do not possess a great deal of strength. The use of 735-forged titanium in the face ensures that the club outdoes even the carry achieved with high-restitution models, yet still meets rule requirements. In addition, tungsten nickel is added to the sole in two places (five grams and three grams), which creates a deeper center of gravity and therefore a higher launch angle result. Further, by giving the crown a thickness of 0.6 mm in the crown, the head bends downward to produce low spin upon impact through the gear effect.
