HONMA Golf Warranty Policy As of 1st Nov. 2024
Luxury is supposed to last a lifetime. Honma makes sure it does.
HONMA warrants, to the original customers only, its golf clubs, components, and other products purchased directly from an authorized retailer or distributor will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the original purchase date.
HONMA will repair or replace any product or component without charge to the customer only for (1) the customer presents proof of purchase and (2) the golf club has been used normally, which has not been abused, misused, altered, or otherwise damaged through the careless act or neglect of the customer. There will be a case HONMA, in its sole discretion, may replace or refund the product when repairing is unsupportable.
These warranties do not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear, the damage caused by third parties. In particular, with respect to the shaft breakage, warranty only covers within 6 inches from bottom of ferrule with proper swing.
Warranty services may be obtained through the same retailer where the product was purchased, with presentation of original receipt or proof accepted by the retailer.
